These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the veo 4 AI video generator, AI image generator, and related services available on aiveo4.org (the "Service"), operated by veo 4 ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, paying for a plan, or generating content with veo 4, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use veo 4. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@aiveo4.org if you suspect unauthorized access.
veo 4 lets you generate AI-driven videos and images from text prompts, reference images, audio, and multi-shot storyboards. Output may include synced dialogue, Foley audio, ambient sound, and 4K cinematic frames.
veo 4 is sold through monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, and one-time credit packs displayed on the Pricing page. Subscription plans renew automatically until you cancel from the Account page or the billing partner's portal. Credit packs grant a fixed number of credits that do not expire as long as your account is active.
We may add, remove, or change features of veo 4 at any time, including model versions, pricing, generation speeds, and supported aspect ratios. We aim to give reasonable notice for material changes that affect existing paid plans.
Some veo 4 features are released as beta. Beta features may change or be discontinued without prior notice and may produce unexpected results. Use them at your own discretion.
You retain rights in the prompts and reference materials you submit, subject to your representation that you have the necessary rights to use them on veo 4.
You agree not to use veo 4 to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, refund or withhold credits at our discretion, and report illegal activity to authorities.
You own the videos and images you generate through veo 4 to the maximum extent permitted by law, subject to your compliance with these Terms.
Every video and image generated under an active paid veo 4 plan or credit pack carries a full commercial license for advertising, publishing, broadcast, print, and client deliverables. Free trials, where offered, are limited to non-commercial use unless stated otherwise.
Generated outputs may carry SynthID provenance signals. You agree not to remove, obscure, or manipulate these signals.
Cancel any time from the Account page. You keep access through the end of the paid period; renewal is then turned off.
Credit packs are non-refundable once delivered, except as required by applicable law.
You may permanently delete your account from the Account page. Deletion removes your generated videos and images, clears any remaining credits, and prevents future sign-in with that account.
veo 4 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful components, or that any specific output will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, veo 4 and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to veo 4 in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless veo 4 from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your infringement of any third-party right through content you submit to or generate with veo 4.
Your use of veo 4 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share data on aiveo4.org.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, when material, give reasonable advance notice. Continued use of veo 4 after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity of aiveo4.org, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
